Get Out of Your Head

Are you a boulderer who is having a hard time transitioning to taller routes? Or maybe you’ve tried outdoor climbing before and haven’t had the best experience? Maybe you’re anxious about trying harder routes even on top rope because you don’t trust your belayer or worse, you don’t trust the system you’re climbing on. This clinic is for you!

Join Marian May Perez for a workshop on getting out of your head and becoming more present on a top rope. We will go over topics like communication with your climbing partners, taking tight on dynamic ropes, understanding top rope climbing systems and how they work, tips and tricks for mitigating risk on top rope, and climbing together with community.
